ZAJES’ DUE PROCESS POLICY

ZAJES focuses on the quality and timely production of engaging articles in educational studies. The journal adopts transparent procedures in processing articles and encourages subscribers to follow due process, as follows:

Register as a User at https://zarjes.com/ZAJES/user/register (Note that all details for registration should be in lowercase, using only alphanumeric specifics)

Submission of articles may only be done after the successful completion of registration. The author(s) will receive an automated indication of the successful submission of the article. However, authors must comply with the submission guidelines of ZAJES, especially an abstract of no more than 250 words with a list of 4–6 keywords. The length of the article should be between 3,000 and 7,000 words and be written clearly and concisely.

Once the managing editor receives the submission, it shall be forwarded to the associate editor, who will do an initial check of the submission, including a plagiarism check, a report of which may be communicated with the author. Articles are thereafter sent (without the author’s name/institution) to two or three peer reviewers in the relevant field corresponding to the submission’s topic/content matter.

The peer reviewers will review the entry and provide feedback within five or six weeks of receiving the submission. The peer reviewers will make one of four recommendations: 1) Do not publish; 2) Revise and resubmit; 3) Publish, but with recommended substantial changes/additional research; 4) Publish with light changes to style and grammar.
